Boosting and Extending the Network building to improve regional value added in the food industry through the pilot project Regiograno 2. The goal is to strengthen and extend a stable network between the five partner institutions, the farmers, the mill, the bakeries and the cereal processors. The project extends the network between cereal growers and cereal processors and improves the expertise of farmers in three local areas through research on cereal types, cultivation and processing, especially in the fields of product development, economic feasibility and sensitization of the territory.
