EN-LAN - (Envelope-LABs Network South Tyrol for the efficient evaluation of building envelope) Joint Project between EURAC (institute for renewable energies), the Free University of Bolzano (Faculty of Science and Technology) and TIS (Construction Cluster), for the definition of a joint service for the measurement of the energetic and thermal properties of innovative building envelope products and systems. A network of local laboratories will be created and coordinated by the three institutions, defining the specific tasks and competences. This synergy will stimulate the local experimental and product development activity of the local companies, optimising also the use of existant resources and building coherent R&D relations between private and public actors.
