Project description

The prior project "Mehrwert durch Nährwert" (added value through nutritional value) made labelling products much simpler and faster for bakers and butchers. The second edition of "Mehrwert durch Nährwert" will consist of an analysis of new requirements, which will be collected in collaboration with vocational schools and companies, who participated in the first project. The new requirements will be translated into a software. Additionally, the existing data base will be improved in cooperation with the vocational schools and the companies. The schools and companies will be shown how to use the application and in order to enable other target groups to use the application, too, the project will be presented to the associations.
